How do I know if a car is wrecked or stolen?
By scanning its VIN. Every vehicle carries a 17-character VIN stamped on the windshield and the door frame, and that code is the same worldwide. Conduce reads it with the camera and checks it against international auction and damage sources: if the car was declared a total loss, went through a salvage auction or had its odometer rolled back, it is on record there even if nobody here knows.
What does the 20-point inspection cover?
Document verification covers the paperwork; the 20-point inspection covers the metal. It is an in-person review by a RED Conduce ally that photographs the condition of body, paint, engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, tires, electrical system and interior. It attaches to the vehicle listing, so the buyer sees the report before spending a bolivar.
What is the Verified by Conduce seal?
It is the mark shown on a listing once that vehicle VIN has passed a verification recorded on the platform. Sellers cannot set it or buy it: it is earned when evidence exists against that VIN. An honest seller wants it precisely because today they compete head to head against whoever is lying, with no way to prove they are not.
Where does the history come from?
From international auction and damage-record sources, plus what accumulates inside the platform itself: scans, uploaded documents and diagnostics. It is stored against the VIN, not the listing, so the history survives even if the car is sold, relisted or changes hands.

Where do I find my car VIN?
In the lower corner of the driver-side windshield, on the driver door frame, and in the vehicle paperwork. It is 17 characters and never contains the letters I, O or Q.
Does it work for cars that never left Venezuela?
International history only appears if the vehicle was abroad. For a car that was always here, what applies is document verification and the 20-point inspection, neither of which depends on foreign records.
Does verification cost anything?
Scanning and decoding the VIN is free inside the app. The full history report unlocks separately, and the 20-point inspection is charged by the ally who performs it.
Can I verify before contacting the seller?
Yes, and you should. If the listing shows the VIN, you can scan it straight from the page without messaging anyone.
