Conduce is the car super app in Venezuela: in one place you can buy, sell, check a vehicle's history by its VIN, bid, import from the USA, run OBD2 diagnostics and find parts. We started with a simple idea that's hard to sustain in this market: buying and selling cars with the truth up front.
What Conduce is
Conduce brings together everything you need around a car in a single app. Buy and sell transparently, see a vehicle's full history from its VIN, value your car against the Venezuelan market, join live auctions, bring a car from a US auction with the total cost made clear, and find parts. Our mission is for every sale to happen with the truth up front, no surprises and no fine print.
The company
Conduce is operated by Conduce App Group, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. Operations in Venezuela run through Conduce App Group, C.A., the entity that contracts with users in the country and the one named in the terms and conditions. The app is free and listing your car is 100% free: no commissions or subscription to sell.

Twenty years in high-value vehicles. Co-founded CarCenter Blindajes and founded Black Pearl Marine & Yacht Brokerage in 2014. Wrote the Conduce app, the backend, the VIN decoder and the valuation engine.

None of this was possible two years ago
The import rule was clarified
In March 2025 it was settled that a used vehicle up to five model-years old may be imported. A narrow door full of rules, and that is exactly why nobody had integrated it.
The banks opened their APIs
As the economy re-dollarized, Venezuelan banks opened their payment interfaces. Today we charge inside the app; two years ago it was not possible.
The cost of building changed
We are two co-founders and we built the whole product. Two years ago the same thing required fifteen engineers and a round raised to pay them.
What does not exist in Venezuela
In other markets each of these pieces is handled by an established company. Here there is none, which is why they had to be built.

A buyer cannot know whether the car is stolen, wrecked, or has a rolled-back odometer. And an honest seller has no way to prove theirs is clean: they compete head to head against whoever is lying.
