Not everyone who needs a car wants to buy one, and not everyone who has one is using it. Renting solves both, but it is the kind of deal where whatever is not agreed up front ends in an argument.
Where do I rent a car in Venezuela?
On Conduce, rental vehicles are listed alongside those for sale, marked as such and with their period: daily, weekly or monthly. The rental inventory is smaller than the sales one, but it has the advantage that you speak with whoever actually has the car.
Can I rent out my car and earn income?

What is worth settling from the start are the terms: who pays for fuel, how many kilometers are included, what happens with a fine, and what deposit is held.
What should I watch for when renting?
Document the vehicle condition on handover and on return, with dated photos of the body, the dashboard showing mileage, and the fuel level. That settles the most common argument in advance — whether a dent was there before or after. And put the period, amount, deposit and each party responsibilities in writing: verbal agreements work until they do not.
